RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

  • UK

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving the goods.

    Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges from ERIBÉ garments purchased at a retailer. If you have any concerns, please contact the store directly.

    CANCEL YOUR ORDER
    Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 24 hours of placing the order by email to: [email protected].

    RETURN YOUR ORDER
    To return or exchange an item, please submit your return via our Returns Portal. You will be guided through the process and provided with the correct return address and instructions.

    You can return your item free of charge using our returns portal, where you’ll be able to download a returns label or generate a QR code to take to your local Post Office. Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged. Once it’s scanned by the Post Office, it’s covered and tracked until it reaches us.

    All items must be returned in their original condition and with reasonable care taken.


    Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in any way, washed, or scented.


    If we receive returned goods that are in an unsaleable condition we will not offer a refund or an exchange.
    If you have received a promotional item along with your order this will have to be returned along with items.


    REFUNDS
    Once we have received the goods and checked they are in a re-saleable condition, we will then either issue a refund or exchange the item for a different item.
    We reserve the right to make deductions to your refund if any item is found unsaleable.
    Refund will be issued within 14 days of ERIBÉ receiving the goods. Please note that refunds can take between 3-5 days to appear back in your bank account.

    RETURN YOUR ORDER
    Please enclose your completed returns form, which you will find enclosed with your order. Please contact [email protected] if you need a return. We offer FREE USA returns, please get in contact with us to organise a return label.


    Until the product arrives back at our logistics office, it is considered your property. If your package gets lost in the post, ERIBÉ is not liable to refund you.


    You must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in good condition.
